Shipping & Delivery

All shipments (depending on weight of package) will be shipped USPS or FedEx for all destinations in the United States. If you have not received a tracking number and would like one please email customer service with order number, full name, and zip code to nfo@beaverliquors.com

All orders take 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped. In most cases, it only takes 1 day to process your order. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time, therefore, to estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

In some instances, there may be unexpected delays. If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone or please feel free to email us at info@beaverliquors.com

Our office and fulfillment department is open Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm CO Time. WE DO NOT PROCESS ORDERS ON WEEKENDS.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, APO, FPO & P.O. Box addresses are sent via USPS First Class and Priority Mail only. There are no express or overnight delivery available to these destinations.

Please note that your order and any information within your order cannot be changed or canceled. We understand sometimes you may want to cancel your order or you may change your mind; therefore, if you receive items that you do not want, you can return them for an exchange or refund - please refer to our return policy for procedures. However, if there is a problem, please contact us or call during business hours.

While you can use many features of beaverliquors.com anonymously, you are required to provide personal information to gain access to place orders and inquire about order history.  We may use your contact information for marketing purposes and newsletters. 

Registering with beaverliquors.com gives you access to your information and features.  We occasionally will send e-mails to notify you about important changes to the site, new services, and special offers from us.

If you would rather not receive these e-mail notifications, you can simply indicate that preference by emailing info@beaverliquors.com.

The SSL software decodes the data only after it reaches our server, meaning hackers can't snatch any of your personal information while it is in transit. Once the data reaches our site, the same state-of-the-art security software we use to guard all of our company's essential business data protects your personal data as well.

As you may know, "cookies" are small pieces of information that some web sites store on your computer's hard drive when you visit them.

Like several other web sites, beaverliquors.com uses cookies to identify members so they don't have to enter an e-mail and password upon each visit. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies but allow you to modify security settings so you can approve or reject cookies on a case-by-case basis. Even if you do not use cookies, you can still access all of the features on our site by logging in manually with each visit. 

urbantool-webshop.us does not provide any third-party access to your personal information, unless we are using the information for our own marketing purposes.

Returns & Replacements

You can return unworn, unused items within 14 days of ship date for a refund, less the original shipping and handling fees. The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax. Please note that items received after 14 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange of the same item in a different size. Returned products must be in the unopened wrapping and in the original and complete pack amount. Products that do not meet these standards will not be refunded or shipped back to you.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original order.

On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:

Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.

We use Authorize.net to process all retail orders. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
