Prepare to WOW your friends & family this holiday season with these holiday cocktails

Tis the Season to impress your friends and family with creamy, yummy, brightly colored cocktails. Let’s face it…the holidays are a great time of year to try jazz it up a bit and try something new.

A martini is a “must have” for your Holiday Office Party and not your run of the mill “Cosmo” or Dirty Martini, but a potent “knock your socks off” gorgeous,  creamy,  sweet treat! Make this White Chocolate Peppermint Martini for your office party and even your office “Dwight” will want to be your BFF!

White Chocolate Peppermint Martini

Pepermint martini

1.5 oz White Chocolate Godiva Liqueur

1.5oz Vanilla Vodka

1 oz  Crème de Cacao (clear/white)

1 oz Half and Half

.5 oz peppermint Schnapps

White Chocolate Syrup and crushed peppermints to garnish

Begin by preparing your martini glass. Rim the edge of the Glass with White Chocolate syrup; then dip it into the crushed peppermint candies or crushed candy canes. Set aside.

Add the white chocolate Godiva, vanilla vodka, crème de cacao, half and half, and peppermint to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into your prepared martini glass.

Now for your neighborhood Christmas Party! Every party has the usual “Nog Cocktail”, but this is not the Truman Show!  Slay your street peeps with a Jack Frostie!  Not only is it eye catching, but unique and easy to prep! That’s important because these go down “real easy” and refills will be on demand.

Jack Frostie

1 cup vodka

1 cup prosecco

½  cup Blue Curacao

½ cup lemonade

6 cups ice

Lemon wedge for rimming

White sanding sugar for rimming

In a blender, combine vodka, prosecco, blue curraco, lemonade and ice. Blend until combined. Run a lemon wedge around the rim of each glass and dip in sugar. Pour Frosties into rimmed glasses and serve immediately.

Let’s not forget a cocktail recipe for the Family Christmas Party. Grandma Jan and Aunt Harriet like to get their “holiday cheer” on just like the rest of us!  This little cocktail will be a perfect ending to your Holiday feast!

Salted Caramel White Russian

Salted Caramel White Russian

1/5 oz Salted Caramel Irish Cream

1.5 oz Amaretto

4.5 oz of Half and Half (or do ½ milk, ½ half and half)

Salted caramel sauce, ice and salt flakes

Take the caramel sauce and use a teaspoon to slightly drizzle it in the glass, while slowly turning the glass so you get a nice swirled effect.

Fill the glass with ice.

Add our liquid ingredients to your cocktail shaker, along with a few cubes of ice. Shake well and strain into the glasses. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, a bit of chocolate or even a candy cane! You can even sprinkle a little bit of salt flakes to complete the flavor profile!

Which of these will you be whipping up this Holiday Season?  Make sure to send us a pic of your cocktail creation so we can post on our website!
