January Wine of the Month
We had a hard time picking between these two fun wines so we chose 2 Wines of the Month for January.
Chateau Les Donats:
Tart and tight upon opening, after an hour plus of air a cassis and cedar nose with flavors of red currant and black raspberry; dry cedar finish. Medium tannins, medium plus acidity.
Domaine d’ Albas:
Leather saddle, hay, blackberry, oak, earthy. Medium plus body, medium plus tannins, medium acidity.
