Subida only works with growers that farm organic, harvest by hand and work with historical Spanish varietals. High quality, value wines from Spain are not easy to find but advances in farming and winemaking allow committed producers to create wine with no manipulation and natural fermentations. Subida wines are focused on freshness, lighter extraction and balanced alcohol with no new wood.
